  I like manga and anime and wanted to do a job that would please people with similar hobbies.That's when I met A-too.A-too has been committed to the mail order business. It operates a wide variety of goods and can provide customers with the goods they need, which is very attractive to me.
  My job is to check the products sent by customers.I think it's very meaningful because we can return the items cherished by customers to those who need them more.In addition, it is also the fun of this job to send customers the goods checked by myself and make them satisfied.

  Originally I was interested in o nline shopping, and I was attra cted to its convenience and wa nted to work at a mail order co mpany, that's the reason why I chose A-too.
  I was assigned to purchase de partment at first and I was rea lly worried about the work bec ause there were many things I didn't really understand, but m y seniors are reallly kindly and they taught me with patience, with their help i got used to the work at last。
  We also carry out the in-hous e staff recruiting system twice every year,and you can expre ress your opinions to the com pany。

  The company is still developing. Whether it is a part-time or full member, new people often enter the company.As a monitor, guiding and training new employees is my main work.I will patiently give guidance to new employees and help them get familiar with their work as soon as possible.Although this job is very challenging, I can learn a lot from it.The most fulfilling feeling is when the employee says I understand and thank you.I am very grateful for delegating such important work to me when I first entered the company.   In addition, I think if you have a certain understanding of the products operated by the company, it will be helpful to get familiar with the business as soon as possible.I am interested in games and comics, and I have many opportunities to use this knowledge in my work.If you are interested in some products,you can know more product information in advance, and maybe you can apply it to your work.

  The reason why I want to work in the store is that I can get in touch with my favorite games and animation products in the store. I think it's very meaningful to deliver the goods that guests like to them in person. If you work in a shop, you have more opportunities to deal with guests, and your labor achievements can be intuitively judged from the reactions of guests. In my third year at the company, I was appointed as a deputy manager of the Minamisena store, and it became necessary to think more about responsibility and management than ever before.
